Since the very first lockdown in 2020, my commitment to customer service and client safety has been my priority. There were never any fees for rescheduling of dates or booking cancellations – and booking deposits were also refunded if I was unavailable on a new date or if the wedding had to be cancelled altogether. I made the process entirely stress-free so couples could choose to rebook if they wished at a later date without being tied into a contract – and this was something my couples really appreciated. I want everyone to have complete confidence when they book me even in the most uncertain of times, and I will continue to honour this booking policy to ensure there are no risks involved if you decide to book me for your wedding.
And if you know me, then you know that I always have a backup plan in place for all kinds of scenarios! So even when I couldn’t perform live due to restrictions, my couples were given special access to download 30 piano tracks from my website for free so they could still feature my music during their wedding! So even if a plan B becomes a reality, you can still face the music and dance!
