There was a wonderful atmosphere for Carolyn and Keith’s autumn wedding at the stunning Orange Tree House in Greyabbey. They chose a fabulous mix of songs for their ceremony and reception, including A Thousand Years for Carolyn’s entrance, which set the perfect romantic mood for their celebrations.
Â
I was delighted to accompany Carolyn’s friend Lisette who performed a beautiful solo from one of Carolyn’s favourite musicals during the Signing – For Good from Wicked. Her singing was the perfect backdrop for this moment and all the guests enjoyed this special rendition.
Â
For their exit, they requested two upbeat songs to dance their way back down the aisle – Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles and Dancing In The Moonlight by Toploader!
Â
Their personalised drinks reception playlist featured lots more feel good tunes including movie themes, Disney songs and chart hits from all eras, so there was a great mix of music to keep everyone entertained all afternoon.
Â
If you love these songs and you’re still searching for inspiration for your wedding, you’ll find lots more fabulous contenders in my wedding playlists!
