My diary is currently open and I’m booking up to 2024, but unlike a lot of other wedding suppliers, I accept a very limited number of bookings each year due to the work involved in creating special arrangements, scheduling studio time / recording sessions and preparing for performances. In order to provide such a bespoke service, I’m careful not to over-commit, so I limit the number of bookings per week, per month and per year.
However, I open my diary 3 years in advance to give greater flexibility especially during peak seasons when some key dates book very quickly. Needless to say, I only commit to one wedding per day and rarely even perform two days in a row, as some locations require 6+ hours of travel time, so the sooner you book, the more chance your date is still available!
On some occasions, I’m happy to accommodate bookings at short notice, but generally, I recommend securing your date 1-2 years in advance, so you can enjoy the planning process and have a more relaxed timescale for choosing your wedding music!
If you’re currently planning your wedding, I’d recommend sourcing suppliers as far ahead as possible so you can secure your preferred suppliers in the early stages, as many other wedding businesses will also be booking up to 2024. Another benefit of booking early is that you can secure your date before any potential price increases the following year, helping you stay on track with your wedding budget. So there’s lots of advantages to planning ahead when it comes to weddings!
I reply to all booking enquiries within 24 hours so if you’d like to check if your date is available, please just get in touch and I’ll be happy to help!
