Loved Jenna and John’s beach themed wedding today at the fabulous Ballygally Castle Hotel in Larne! Our unpredictable summer weather played havoc with this couple’s plans for an outdoor wedding but they didn’t let the rain dampen their spirits! For the first time ever, the bride got to walk down the aisle twice! (Luckily it was the same groom both times!) Their ceremony was taking place in the garden when a heavy shower stopped proceedings and forced everyone back inside again, adding even more excitement and drama to the day! My Nord is an amazing piece of kit but it does have its limits – well, just one – it’s not waterproof! So we had to make a mad dash back to the hotel! Time to regroup, rewind and start all over again! This couple’s choice of music was incredibly modern and romantic and it definitely made their day even more memorable! It might have rained on their parade today but the lyrics from one of their songs couldn’t have been more perfect – ‘you make my heart feel like it’s summer, when the rain is pouring down’! Wishing this gorgeous pair a fantastic future together with lots of sunshine along the way!
