This week’s soothing soundbyte comes courtesy of Brian Crain Composer an American pianist and contemporary classical composer. This piece called ‘Promise’ is one of my favourite modern instrumentals by this incredible musician as it reminds me of the promise of spring and also of hope! Life is all about blooming wherever you are planted, and this year is proving to be a real challenge for even the toughest seedlings! But just think how strong we’ll grow from this experience and much we’ll dance around in the sunshine when this is all over!
